Brussels, February 27, 2018. After nine years of existence and adventures, Real Impact Analytics takes a fresh start and becomes Riaktr.
The new brand identity will be presented this week in Barcelona during the Mobile World Congress, the unmissable venue for all mobile players in the world.
According to Sébastien Deletaille, Riaktr co-founder and CEO: “We have reached a point where a strong symbol was needed. After two years of hard pivoting, transforming the company from service to product, we can proudly claim that we are a true software company with a strong product portfolio. This is supported by facts; 90% of our deals are now for standard products. Riaktr reflects this shift and corresponds to our current ambitions of scale.”
The new name also suggests that analytics matter less than action. “Riaktr software helps operational teams act more decisively, make more informed decisions and ultimately, perform better”, explains the CEO.
Energized by these new vibes, Riaktr team is ready to accelerate the deployment of its two core products.
Smart S&D is a smart recommendation engine for enhanced channel management. It has been adopted by the largest telco groups in Africa and Latin America.
Smart Capex is the leading data-driven network investment planning software. It has been co-developed with Proximus for its Fiber for Belgium program, generating up to 10% capex efficiency gains. Also adapted to mobile technologies, Smart Capex is currently being tested at a major pan-European telecom player.
